As no news is good news, be happy.

Conversely, all news is bad news.  Bad news makes you feel terrible, horrible, or some other adjectives that are better not to associate with.   If you feel compelled to wallow in such obnoxious feelings, you can join the email list, in which case I will expeditiously release news that causes you to lament the general state of affairs, and when those dreadful feelings settle in, you can be satisfied that all is right with the world.
